 Celebrating her 27th Birthday in LA!

Marking another year of life, Ashlee Simpson celebrated her 27th birthday in Los Angeles last night (October 3).

The “La-La” songstress was joined by her boyfriend Vincent Piazza as she hit up a local eatery for a delicious dinner and drinks while looking to be a bit tipsy as her man helped keep her upright during the short walk to their nearby ride.

And despite rampant rumors, Ashlee has not invited Vincent to move in with her. Simpson’s rep simply said “No,” when asked if it was true.

A tabloid source previously claimed, “Vincent, 26, has moved into the $3 million L.A. mansion where Ashlee live with her son, Bronx, 2. Ashlee’s big sister, Jessica, and other relatives are pleading with her not to get so involved so soon. But she’s crazy about Vincent. She’s even talking about marriage.”
