 New Candids: Shopping in LA – January 27

Ashlee Simpson channeled her inner hipseter as she went shopping in Los Angeles on January 27, 2011.Despite carefully feeding the meter before embarking on her shopping extravaganza, the pixie-haired blonde neglected to notice parking in the red gets you a ticket — no matter how much cash is in the meter!

Ashlee is currently in the midst of recording her fourth studio album and has been listening to bands on her husband’s record label for inspiration.

During a recently interview with Paper magazine, the 26-year-old actress/singer said that the new album would have a “folk feel” and that she is also creating a fashion line.

Not loving the new hair. I really like the natural blonde color and was hoping she’d grow it out :(

She really can pull any hair style off though! Because even though i don’t love the hair, she can totally rock it!
