Pete Wentz Wants Another Baby – ‘at Some Point’

He’s only been a father for 14 months, but it’s a job rocker Pete Wentz says he’d love to try again.
“We are very lucky and hope to have another child at some point,” Wentz, who has a son, Bronx Mowgli, with wife Ashlee Simpson-Wentz, tells PEOPLE during Hard Rock International’s Rock & Soul Party Friday night near Miami.
Adds the rocker: “We also like doing what you have to do to have a baby!”
“My child has taught me selflessness, patience and how to give this unexplained kind of love,” Wentz, 30, says at the party, where he was asked to deejay by football agent Drew Rosenhaus. “I can’t explain this kind of love, but Ashlee, who is just an awesome mom, shares this feeling with me.”
As for his other job, bassist for Fall Out Boy, Wentz says he’s looking for new challenges now that the fate of the band remains uncertain.
“I am solo tonight, but I won’t sing or perform a song,” he says. “I will just deejay. As for the breakup with the band, all I can say is that for now I want to chill.”

I think it is an amazing sign that they look forward to have more kids. They love each other and I don’t think that he want another baby right now, they just think about it.

I can’t believe you guys can be so selfish. They’re not going to care whether we want another album. If they want to have another baby, they will. And to be honest, sooner rather than later is a good idea based on the fact that neither of them have something set in stone for the year and it would be good for Bronx and the next baby to be close in age. They’re going to have another one regardless. I’d rather here him say he wants another baby rather than a divorce.

Erica, if Ashlee does not come out an album soon she can say goodbye to her singing career because already in 2008 is because of the arrival of their baby that bittersweet world has sold poorly and that Ashlee did not make tour! so yes it is selfish but it probably has enough of them want babies!

He was hardly saying anything that no other man hasn’t said before.
Aurelie, she never said the album was going to come out in the next few months. Before she said that she said she planned to take a hiatus and write and be with her family. If a baby comes in that time, so be it. It’s their lives. I would rather see her take her time, get her life in order (which includes dreams of more children) and then write and tour an album that she can commit to and that won’t take becuase of lack of promotion.

it will be two years in April as bittersweet world is gone, people will not wait 4 years that she makes a new album, people have forgotten ashlee…! she hadn’t any promotion, you’d think it would have served a lesson but she continues to make error on error! I love ashlee but frankly there is abuse! ): I’m sad for her because maybe in the few years, THE Ashlee simpson doesn’t exist in Artist !
But yeah, we’re OK, it’s her life… ): I just hope that her next single will be a Tube like boyfriend or LOVE !

I’m just saying it’s bad for her that she should not duplicate album soon. but, she would have understood that what people want is a new album pure again proving its worth as an artist not to see her in melrose place or another. sorry I really do not write English well so I hope you do not understand anything but what I mean. But I admit, is her life:)
